Fairness: Bulk Biceps- A good thing about background ponies is that people like giving them their own backstories and personalities so for Bulk, I see him as always being fair when dealing with problems and being fair to other ponies, like in Flight to the Finish where he just stood there holding the rope while the CMCs pull on it, it wouldn't be really fair if he pulled back with his strength would he.

Wisdom: Big Mac- One popular head cannon about Big Mac is that he's quite intelligent and can give some good advice if need be, and it's just not everypony asks him for advice, though he does on occasion help out with subtle hints and helps other characters he interacts with figure out solutions to their problems themselves

Tolerance(Aka Acceptance): Fancy Pants- He could easily be a snooty asshole like Blueblood, yet he does accept and tolerate other ponies for their differences, mind you he saw Rarity's friends as accessories but the Mane 6 had to learn lessons about their elements multiple times in past episodes so there is room for him to improve

Honor: Soarin- In Rainbow Falls he seemed like the only Wonderbolt who wasn't an asshole, I think he would of been fine with competing with the Ponyville team as long as they gave it their all and he seemed disappointed in his teammates when they tried to get Rainbow Dash to join their team and leave him out to hang.

Levity: Cheese Sandwich- As I said in the blank version, this is more or less Laughter for the elements of harmony and Cheese is one recolor and cutie mark change away from being Bubble Berry(Rule 63 Pinkie Pie)

Valor: Shining Armor- He more or less helped save Equestria on two occasions and took up a career in being a royal guard tasked with protecting and helping others, and a common fan theory is that his cutie mark represents heroism much like how Twilight's represents Magic and Cadence's represents Love
