here are my top 11 favorite transformers. why top 11? because [link] is a fan of the nostalgia critic I guess?

11. Knockout from Transformers: Prime: if you combine Dr. House with Swindle, and make him obsessed with his looks you get this lovable asshole, this guy isn't afraid to say "screw you" to Starscream and go off street racing and in the same season kiss his ass to be second in command of the Decepticons when it was thought that Megatron was dying making him a perfect fit in the Decepticon army

10. Ratchet from Transformer: Animated: a perfect example of a war veteran who grew bitter after seeing the hell of battle, being the mentor for Optimus as well as the team medic and designated team grouch this guy does have a soft side to him and there are three prime examples that show it, in a flashback when he and Arcee were captured by Lockdown, when he told Sari if anything happened to her he couldn't live with himself(INDICATING A FATHER-DAUGHTER FRIENDSHIP), and getting mad at the Autobot council and scientist for making a living being (Omega Supreme) a weapon of mass destruction, so yeah this grumpy old grandpa is really a big softy

09. G1 Soundwave: he's a giant robot that turns into a boom box and has tapes that turn into his minions do I really need a reason why I put him on the list?

08. Starscream from Transformers: Prime: This guy is a bastard! seriously he make all the other Starscreams look like Johnny 5, from the way he talks to what he does in the series makes him in my opinion the best version of the second in command of the Decepticons

07. Optimus Prime from Transformers: Animated: This guy while not the supreme autobot leader like his counterparts he does have the nobility and characteristics of a good leader as any other Optimus has

06. G1 Megatron: Yeah his alt mode is useless but he makes up for it with having an energon mace, a huge cannon on his arm, and finger lightning

05. G1 Grimlock: a robot t-rex that's all I have to say

Dinobot from Beast Wars- Honor, courage, and making the ultimate sacrifice one could make and he used to be a bad guy, if you liked Beast Wars you had to of liked Dinobot, he had all the fighting skills of a samurai, and the vocabulary of Shakespeare and in his shining moment he went Rambo on the Predicons to save humanity from being extinct before they could evolve into humans and he has one of the best final words anyone said before dying "Tell my tale to those who ask. Tell it truly, the ill deeds along with the good and let me be judged accordingly"

03. Arcee from Transformers: Prime: As I said in my review of the mini series she is my favorite character in the series, she can kick ass, take names and she has a smart mouth on her along with her saying "scrap" when things go wrong makes her pretty much Hellboy with tits

02. Bulkhead from Transformers: Animated: this guy is a perfect example of a big guy with a bigger heart, yeah he can be a total beast and kick Decepticon ass regardless of property damage but instead he's a lay back simple bot who prefers to work on space bridges or work on some artwork

01. Lockdown from Transformers: Animated: He's a bounty hunter, a ninja, and he's voiced by Lance Henriksen this guy is awesome incarnate
